1. Nature of the Website
This Website is an event registration system that allows users to: – View event information – Register for events – Submit personal and professional details – Pay registration fees via Xendit and PayPal
2. Eligibility
By registering or making a payment through this Website, you confirm that: – You are at least 18 years old – The information you provide is accurate and complete – You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
3. Event Registration
- Event slots are limited, and registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Submission of a registration form does not guarantee a confirmed slot until payment is successfully completed.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel registrations that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.
4. Payments and Fees
- Payments are securely processed via Xendit and PayPal.
- We do not store your credit card or payment credentials.
- Payment confirmation is required to finalize registration.
4.1 Currency and Payment Conversion
All registration fees are priced and displayed in United States Dollars (USD) on the Website.
For payments processed through Xendit or PayPal, the payment gateway may display and charge the equivalent amount in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or another local currency based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction and the payment processor’s conversion policies and fees.
The final amount charged may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates and bank or payment gateway processing fees.
By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that (a) the USD amount shown on the Website is the official registration fee, and (b) any currency conversion or additional charges imposed by the payment provider or issuing bank are beyond the control of the organizers and shall not be a valid ground for refund.
5. Refund, Cancellation, and Substitution Policy
- Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in official event announcements.
- Substitution of participants may be allowed subject to prior written approval.
- Event organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will be notified of applicable refund or credit arrangements.
6. Data Privacy and Protection (RA 10173)
We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

We may collect the following personal data: – Full name – Email address – Contact number – Institution / hospital / organization – Professional details – Payment confirmation details
6.2 Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data is collected for the purpose of: – Event registration and verification – Payment processing – Issuance of certificates and official communications – Event coordination and post-event documentation
6.3 Data Sharing
- Personal data may be shared with authorized event partners, payment processors, and service providers strictly for legitimate business purposes.

Violation may result in removal from the event without refund.
