The Center for Advanced Simulation Skills Training Institute (CASTTI) at The Medical City is a purpose-built facility dedicated to advanced surgical education and simulation-based training. Designed to support high-level procedural learning, CASTTI features modern cadaveric laboratories, high-definition operating microscopes, endoscopic systems, and fully equipped dissection stations.

For the Philippine Skull Base Masterclass, CASTTI provides an optimal environment for hands-on open and endoscopic skull base dissections, allowing close faculty–participant interaction in a controlled, high-fidelity setting. The facility supports parallel workstations, structured teaching, and seamless integration of lectures with practical dissection—making it an ideal venue for advanced anatomical training.
